Business Operational Performance
The Business Analysis and Operational Performance Manager RAD is seeking a highly motivated individual who will lead
initiatives, perform strategic analysis and guide business case development supporting customer segmentation.
Responsible to review all RAD process, to manage CRM and Market Analysis, to support with criteria and incentive
calculation, to help with key account management, tenders and potential business análisis.
Major tasks and responsibilities of position
Supervise and give clear inputs in complex, cross-functional projects and potential market analysis.
Actively contribute to improve operational performance and customer holistic offerings with delivering business
case modeling in a hospital environment.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Project, Service and Finance BP on key functional initiatives.
Support the business with customer segmentation analysis and clear inputs from the privet & public market.
Present recommendations to Management Team and drive decisions in order to increase efficiency and better
Manage a high-volume of projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high quality results
Conduct project scoping and chartering, define execution strategy, and guide project completion
Provide thought leadership and guidance in business value capture and potential opportunities with priority in
Drive Segmentation & Targeting projects with excellence for brands and markets supporting the CRM inputs from
Translate national trends and segmentation into territory and customer strategy (Leverage high-potential
customers) in both markets, pharmaceuticals and medical device portfolio.
Introduce and leverage implications of behaviour when building segments
Define most relevant parameters for customer segmentation strategy
Run cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical and Market Access) to drive joint strategic decision-making on
insights input into customer understanding
Drive excellence in customer understanding
Challenge assumptions based on new information & insight
University or commercial degree in Economics or Business Administration or relevant professional experience.
Engineer or similar level degree.
More than 8 years of experience in project management and I+D. Experience in supporting financing with European funds (H2020 / FEDER)
Proven experience managing complex process and Big Data analysis, digital transformation, etc.
Ability to review and improve internal workflows, analyzing steps, identifying gaps, and leading solutions.
Long experience developing report platforms and management dashboards.
Proven experience as project management or consultant support implementing platforms and software for hospital
Capability to manage CRM platforms, client software and market intelligence.
Knowledge defining KPIs, criteria and methodology to develop and implement complex projects.
Coordination capabilities to work cross functional and experience with external customers in the hospital environment.
Flexibility to handle different type of projects by influencing.
Experience with agile methodology based in projects PMP.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Expert with MS Office suite skills.
